the appropriate data to support a raw material supplier change.
Process Intervention/Rework: We can investigate out-of-specification
/ non conforming results. We can recommend disposition and design rework procedures where
appropriate.
In-plant Troubleshooting: We can address questionable processes and
formulations using design of experiments and root cause analysis. We can define and
